Summary:
Tokyo in the near future, in the age, when through the improvement oftechnology, hydrogen-batteries and human-shaped robots has become practical use. But on the contrary to the development of skills, the arrestment of criminals is declining, and the increase of unemployment leads to more and more anxiety in society. The outward appearance of the city seems unchanged... but in fact the city is covered with chaos!

In that scenery of Tokyo the Danger Service Agency - short DSA -, run by three members is taking up the various dangerous jobs without regard of legacy or illegacy.
