Summary:
Lumiere and Eclaire are two young girls, but don't let their appearance fool you. They are special agents for Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariff (GOTT) an interstellar organization that helps police the galaxy.

Lumiere, neat and proper, is able to manipulate any machine, and Eclaire, who is more boisterous, possesses extreme speed and strength. Throughout their missions, they start to learn more about the organization they work for, and Eclaire starts to remember disturbing memories from her past.
