Summary:
Kaoru is a lonely college student in Tokyo; one day, Aoi appears and announces her intention to become his wife. She's the heiress to the Sakuraba conglomerate; Kaoru was the adopted son of the wealthy Hanabishi clan and was betrothed to her--until he renounced his abusive family. Aoi's stubbornness wins over her mother and Miyabi, the woman who's cared for her. Aoi, Miyabi, and Kaoru set up housekeeping in an old Sakuraba family mansion, posing as landlady, manager, and tenant--to avoid a scandal.
