My HiME Review - AnimEast.com
If you want an anime with some action, this is one foryou. In twenty-six episodes the characters change. HIME's that don't know they really are, some thatdefinitely know what is happening, and some secretHIME's. The first section deals with the joiningtogether of some of the girls to stop a dominationgroup. Comedy plays a large part with this section. And then things change after you've been sucked in.
The second part of the series deals with the HIME starthat only real HIME can see in the sky. Afterwatching the comedy of the early episodes this becomesa shocker. The HIME turn on each other, with only oneto live to the end. And not only do we have the deathand destruction of the HIME, but when one is defeatedthe person most loved by that HIME dies. Lovetriangles, and lovers, cause more anguish.
The end episode changes the feeling again, and to mealmost doesn't belong. Things you thought werefinalized aren't.
Overall this is good, the twists and turns willsurprise the viewer, and not all is as it seems.
