Let me start off by saying that this is not the cheeriest anime in the world. It is also not the most action packed, nor the most exciting. Kimi ga is essentially an animated soap opera, so if you're into that type of thing you'll definately enjoy this anime. I should warn you that the wallpapers for this anime are misleading in that they're actually only in high school for the first two episodes. As far as the story goes, it is a very interesting story that, while moving along at a painfully slow pace, will keep you interested. The animation is very good and the seiyuu do a fine job. There are only a few funny scenes, so this isn't like Kanon or DC Da Capo where you have a half-funny, half-serious anime. This one's all serious.

At 14 episodes, this isn't a very big time investment, you should be able to finish it in just over four hours if you power your way through it, but I don't know that the average human can take that much unexcitement all at once. If you're looking for a nice, intensive drama, then you should definately check this one out. If you're looking for something with action and humor, you should definately avoid this one.
