Kiddy Grade was a pretty decent anime in my opinion. It doesn't really have anything that would set it out as one of my favorite animes of all time, but it is definately an enjoyable watch nonetheless. The animation looks very nice, the story element is kind of light and some of the elements of it are just goofy. Such as Eclaire being able to unleash her heightened powers by putting on lipstick. Aside from that, the action is good and most of the episodes move along at a pretty decent pace. I don't know that I'd rush out and get this on DVD, but its a good show to watch if you're looking for a none-too-serious action anime.
