This is basically the 'Dude, Where's My Car?' of anime. It has good character design and the premise of the series, an all girls' school going off to live in an all boy's school for a semester, is a pretty good idea. However, the main story of it is pretty weak. Most of the episodes revolve around the escapades of the Baka Trio, who tend to get pretty irritating. Most of the humor of the series revolves around your standard panty shots and the Baka Trio's failed attempts to attract the attention of their love interest. As I said, the series has some pretty good character design and has good seiyuu, plus the music isn't all that bad, but unless you're into really juvenile humor, then I wouldn't bother.
