Chobits is just plain cute. It has a good story, characters, seiyuus, and animation...about the only thing that can get grating is the dream sequences about the children's books. Aside from that, this is one of the animes on my top ten list, because its a solid performer all around. Its interesting to watch the development of Chii and watch the relationship between her and Hideki emerge. By the end of the series you find yourself caring quite a bit about the fate of this android. This is definately an anime you should check out if you haven't already.
