Azumanga Daioh is probably the funniest anime I've ever seen. All of the characters have quirks which make them hilarious, and the situations they get into will usually leave you laughing so hard you'll cry. There aren't many guys in the anime at all, except for the hentai sensei who unabashedly admits that his reason for teaching is that he likes high school girls; but the anime isn't really lacking without them. The other impressive feat is that there's not a single panty shot, even though all the main characters are high school girls. If you're really feeling bereft of panty shots, watch an ep of Ikkitousen.
